Evidence: planning record. Development dates, association formation and individual home completion are separate facts.

Two communities with similar names

The apartment operator identifies Breckenridge Apartments at 2820 Tuscany Lane SW. Breckenridge Heights has a separate website and Brittany Lane address. The earlier guide’s subdivision label was too broad; this distinction matters when comparing housing types and locations.

Construction-era reports stay separate

The Tuscany Lane listing reports 1992 construction and 186 units. The city-hosted 2016 market analysis identifies the Brittany Lane property as a 1994 development with 250 units. These are source-specific historical figures, not a combined community count or confirmation of current building configurations.

What the outlook and amenities mean

Tuscany Lane’s operator lists private decks or patios, a pool, fitness facilities and select-unit mountain or sunset outlooks. Brittany Lane’s operator describes mountain views and its own recreation facilities. Ask to see the actual unit, its orientation and current lease terms; a community-level description cannot establish the view from a particular window.
