Include the page or feature, what happened, the steps that led to it, and the app and device/operating-system versions where relevant. Remove personal information from screenshots. Do not send private notes, financial account details, calculator inputs, passwords, identity documents or transaction paperwork.
Saved neighborhoods and notes
The native app keeps saved places and notes on your device. Delete a note inside its guide or use Clear saved places & notes in the Kyle tab. Removing a saved place alone does not delete its note. Clearing app data or uninstalling may remove local data; restoring a device backup may restore it. We cannot recover unsynchronized local data from another device.
Guides, tools and outside services
Bundled guides, photographs and calculators work without a connection. Online maps, official sources, website contact forms and scheduling use external online services. Guides are a dated research snapshot; calculator estimates are not quotes or lending decisions.
Privacy
Read the privacy policy for the separate app and website data flows. Contact the support address about information you submitted to Kyle. External services handle their own records and requests.
